How is this party different than the typical club in SF?
Dustin: What is different about this party compared to a typical club is that it only happens twice a year, it's at a gorgeous 5 million dollar mansion in the middle of nowhere, and it a beautiful A-List elite crowd with a ratio of almost 2 TO 1 WOMAN TO MAN which is unheard of in the Bay Area!

How many years has this been building?
Dustin: We are going on our 3rd year.  We started off 2 years ago doing an annual Naughty Lingerie Halloween Mansion Party.  Since the last party was so crazy, we decided "why wait 6 more months all the way till Halloween to do another Mansion party?"  Let's do another in the spring as the weather gets better exactly 6 months before Halloween.

What is the difference between this party and the infamous Playboy Mansion parties?
Dustin: The main difference is that we don't charge $1000 dollars to get in plus travel expense to get to Southern California.  Both parties have beautiful scantily-clad women running around everywhere, but I feel that our party is more energy and vibe because you get the trendy hip A-List crowd not just guys who have a lot of money who just pay to get in to see a bunch of half-naked girls.

What three words would you use to describe the vibe at your party?
Dustin: Sexy Pink Vibe

Should Hugh Hefner be scared?
Dustin: f he gives us his house for the night then definitely...Yes! Our party is stiff competition for him

What sponsorship opportunities are available?
Dustin: The PInk Bubble Bath pool with Lingerie mermaids and Lingerie Bar with Lingerie models pouring drinks are the 2 that will really create the most impact!

How many people usually attend? and how do you get your ratio of girls to guys?
Dustin: 800-1000 people  We encourage people to come with more girls by making the ticket prices cheaper by coming with at least 2 girls.  The price goes up with the less girls you bring.

What other mansion parties are you planning for the year?
Dustin: Summer Cabana Mansion Pool Party and the Naughty Lingerie Halloween Mansion Party

How do you get the word out?
Dustin: Huge word of mouth from past Mansion party attendees.  If you've been to one then you would know why people leave telling all of their friends for months on out!

What famous DJ's have you worked with?
Dustin: Too many to begin to name -we fly them from miami LA NYC Vegas all over to come in and usually have about 5 per night

What famous people come/are coming/have come?
Dustin: Too Short was there last year,  many pro Bay Area athletes from the 49ers, Raiders, Sharks, Giants, A's, etc., Playboy Models such as Jessica Hall from Playboy Radio, Reality TV stars such as Daisy De La Hoya for Rock of Love and "Staci The Bartender" from MTV's "The Hills"

Do girls have to wear lingerie?  What if they are shy?
Dustin: They can always wear big fluffy pajamas

How do people know where the mansion is?
Dustin: We release the mansion location and address to ticket buyers after 5pm Friday - the night before the party.

Is this ithe only mansion party in SF/Bay Area?
Dustion: No other Mansion Party even compares to this one in Northern California

How do girls feel safe in their sexy outfits with guys around?
Dustin: There is always way more girls than guys so the vibe of the party is amazing and the girls feel free to let loose and have a good time.
