Untill some time ago "Sound" and "Stereo" were just two words that popped up every once in a while in your hifi-installation's manual. In the beginning of 2008 those two words stopped being just random: "Sound Of Stereo" saw the light of day. In only a few months time they conquered the hearts of music lovers all over the world. In november 2008, their first EP came out on Lektroluv Records and had massive response in Belgium and abroad. The follow-up single " Heads Up! " was an instant succes because of it's tracklisting by the likes of MSTRKRFT, Crookers, Armand Van Helden, Bloody Beetroots and many more. In the meantime Sound of Stereo travelled abroad to dj at parties all over Europe. In Belgium they dj at large events such as I Love Techno, Pukkelpop festival, Dour festival, 10 Days off and so on. Their latest "Zipper EP" was released on the 23d of november and was immediately supported by Tiga, Brodinski, Steve Aoki, Jack Beats, Djedjotronic, Riva Starr, MSTRKRFT and so on and so on. Speaking of Steve Aoki: Sound of Stereo has a release coming up on Aoki's Dim Mak label. "Chewbox" will be out sometime early in 2010. Before that, they will release "Zipper Remix EP" on Lektroluv records at the end of january with remixes by LA Riots and BeatauCue.
