PILOT first started playing music at the young ago of 7. He was
enrolled as an advanced music student at the Hilmar Music Academy, and
studied there for 6 years. Pilot never missed a beat and continued to
pursue his music education at the Berkeley College of Music. After
graduating, PILOT moved to Osaka, Japan to pursue his growing interest
in punk rock. In this thriving city devoted to music, PILOT worked as a
D.J., producer, and promoter for the exclusive club, "Maharajah" for a
year and a half. After gaining experience producing music in a foreign
city, PILOT was ready to apply his newly acquired skills and
appreciation for broader music genres to Geffen Records, Kenn Sax
productions, Immortal Records and Universal Pictures in Los Angeles.
These well-known production companies recognized PILOT's talent as a
musician and recruited him for projects where his electronic music
skills could be showcased. PILOT also pursued other musical endeavors
such as forming an electronic/punk band, also called PILOT. He was the
lead singer and song writer for this successful band. PILOT has played
at venues such as The Roxy, Troubadour, and Space Land in Los Angeles.
Currently, PILOT is now back in San Francisco to launch the Euro
House/Progressive Trance music for those people that are missing a
deeper, more eclectic, non-commercial sound. So far, the response to
his music has been amazing. He has played with DJ's such as Kaskade,
Deep Dish and Mark Farina who have motivated him to become a great
performer. PILOT has already entertained crowds of thousands at venues
such as 1015 Folsom, Ruby Skye and Temple in San Francisco and it is
apparent that music production is his true passion. In all, PILOT has
produced five Punk/Alternative CD's and three Electronic Dance CD's in
addition to forming a band that has flourished in the music industry.
