How Weird Street Faire

10th annual How Weird Street Faire

Sunday May 10th from Noon to 7pm

Howard and 2nd Streets, San Francisco, Earth

Centered at: 37°47’12.4" N, 122°23’53.7" W

Ten blocks. Ten stages. And a MAGIC STICKER!

For more information visit the website... http://www.HowWeird.org

In 2009, there will be ten city blocks of art and celebration, ten stages of electronic music, performances and colorful costumes, unique and creative vendors from around the world, food and drinks, and much more!

This year will feature stages by the Consortium of Collective Consciousness, Symbiosis, Kontrol, Sunset, Purgatory Cruiser, Muti Music, Brass Tax, Temple Nightclub, Opel, Opulent Temple, Tantra, Groove Garden, Mystic Beat Lounge, Nonstop Bhangra, Le Harem, and Earthdance. All ages welcome. Come join the fun! And bring something warm to wear for the downtown shade.

All for only a $10 donation (or $5 in costume), plus you get a Magic Sticker! The sticker gives discounts and specials throughout the faire: including $1 off each drink, discounts at vendors and after parties, and helps keep the faire going. When the day ends, the celebration continues...

HOW WEIRD @ NIGHT from 7pm to 2am

At night the faire moves indoors to several venues at the faire site; including Temple, 111 Minna Gallery, and Harlot. And also Triple Crown on Market Street. The evening is $10 (or $2 off with a Magic Sticker) for all four after parties, and are 21 and over only.

The How Weird Street Faire is an experiment in creating peace, and a benefit for the non-profit World Peace Through Technology Organization.
