We have 2 pairs of OPEN BAR tickets to give away to 2^nd Sunday Winter NYE @ Mission Rock Cafe Sunday December 31, 2008.  Each winner will receive 2 entrance tickets.  OPEN BAR (Well, Beer, and Champagne).
