stop at nothin' to get the crowd jumpin'. Emerging from the east coast
as one of Baltimore's best kept secrets, this 12 year veteran has
played along side some of the industries finest such as, DJ Dan, Bad
Boy Bill, Simply Jeff & Rabbit In The Moon just to name a few. In
2000 Kidd Linus teamed up with Bassbin Twins and toured the states as
lead MC, B-boy, & DJ for the live show. Kidd Linus continued to
tour under the Bassbin moniker until the end of 2003.
Today
with his new single, Disco Rap City out now on Dancerecords.com, Kidd
Linus works to establish his label, Boogiebeat Records. Boogiebeat
Records is a San Francisco based company dedicated to bringing DJ's and
music enthusiasts alike the freshest sounds of Electro House/Breakz,
Hip-Hop & Electro Pop.
Recently Kidd Linus developed When
it's Time To Groove Video. A new division of Boogiebeat Records that
focus' on bringing the backline of the DJ industry to the forefront.
Two platforms have been created. The first of the two, entitled "The
12in. Session", deals with the more political side of the DJ scene.
Kidd Linus talks to different DJ's, Promoters, & Producers to find
out what thier views are on the ever evolving DJ industry & how
they stay current. The second, "Gigs Gone Bad" is a more comical bit
that talks about different artists favorite worst gig expierences. Kidd
Linus hits the streets of the San Francisco Bay Area to find out what
happens to DJ's, Band Mates, Promoters & more when gigs go bad.
Boogiebeat's
newest DJ act, Aural Fixation is not easily labeled. They represent a
distinctive blend of electro pop, full of distorted beats and bouncy
bass. Paired with the hard beats are lyrics offered up by Dirtybird
